Oh Laxmi! by Catherine Forsayeth is a gem of a little book. We follow the seemingly simple life of Ravi, a goat herder who wants nothing more than a good life for his family. He has a lovely and devoted wife, and two daughters. Initially, the author gives a short overview of Ravi's earlier life as a young man and then on to his subsequent marriage.
